Our Liberty health insurance plans

At Liberty, we understand that every organisation and employee is different and that each of our members has their own unique healthcare needs. That’s why we offer a wide range of Liberty health insurance plans to meet the different levels of cover, whether that varies by regions of cover, the level of limits and size of provider network that you can enjoy.

The image below outlines the standard health insurance plans in Zambia and can explain in summary what your plan covers. You can check your Liberty Health Cover membership certificate or card to see which plan you’re on.

STANDARD-HEALTH

Your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing is all connected. We call this Total Wellbeing.

With Liberty Health Cover, you don’t just have health insurance; but you have a partner who is dedicated to your physical, mental and financial (Total) wellbeing too.

TOTAL-WELLBEING

To ensure your Total Wellbeing, all Liberty health insurance plans include these key categories of cover:

  • Day-to-day benefits: Covering everyday medical needs
  • Psychological wellbeing benefits: Supporting mental health care
  • Chronic conditions benefit: Providing continuous care for over 100 health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma etc.
  • Hospital and major disease benefits: Offering cover for critical health events, which could otherwise be physically and financially devastating for most employees.

Some plans even offer international health insurance benefits such as critical care and international emergency medical evacuation, giving members and their organisations peace of mind that they will receive this type of care when they need it most.

For more details on your Liberty health insurance plan, please download your 2025 Corporate SME benefit table or your 2025 Micro Enterprises (ME) benefit table.

Remember to check your Liberty Health Cover membership certificate or card to see which plan you’re on.
